Looks AU-50 to me but the lighting in the photos makes it hard to tell if the surfaces are original or not.

I'll go with AU-50 as well.

AU-50 is a little higher than I thought, though the reverse is really nice. I don't have it yet. I think the lighting is probably good, but the coin shows oxidation. I have a 1907 from the same lot that I may put up

I'm not sure these photos are totally accurate as to how this coin looks in hand. the obv shows an AU50 coin however I think some of what looks like wear, like above the eye in the hair may be strike related

the reverse considerably better and AU58 is not out of the question. the issue is how much if any luster remains. looking very close at the cheek I'm seeing some very very light fine lines across it. I think if the contrast was adjusted you would see these better. add that to the dull surfaces. I'm with coinfrog in a light cleaning albeit an old one

net AU50/53 possibly cleaned

The stars, date and the hair below liberty show VF type wear. I agree that the reverse is stronger than VF, but I went with the obverse. I could be talked into an XF grade, but not higher.

On the cleaning there are hairlines on the cheek, neck and obverse fields. There are also some faint halos around the stars that do not look natural. My guess when this one is in hand, the cleaning is going to show up big time.
