Wanted to get some opinions on this, appears to be an extra column at a 45 ° angle from column #1. Thanks for any help in advance.

Yes, the left side from the top of the column coming down to the left

There is no way to say for sure with these pictures but I do see a split on the bottom right leg of the "R" in America. Take a look at 1984p-1DR-001 on coppercoins.com and see if it lines up with what you can see
