Seriously debating on listing or possibly sending in for grading. What would you honestly expect this to come back graded as. It would you consider listing without grading?

Please no photos of screens...thank you.
Always remove coin from 2x2 holders before taking photos.

Agree, best to remove the coin from the holder and start over.

. if you can't get better photos your coin appears to be in the MS63/64 range. there are some scratches hidden by the light and some graininess. one looks like its across the lapel and a couple hits above LIBERTY. others may be there that we cannot see so taking the coin out of the holder will help. as for color the coin looks BN. full retail on an MS63 coin is about $30 for a 64 about $38. costs of grading will far exceed the value of the coin

there is basically no reason to slab a coin unless

1. its a rare coin that needs authenticated and preserved
2. you are planning on selling the coin and the cost of acquisition plus the grading fee's would warrant it without chewing up all your profit

you have a grading fee of $22 plus shipping and insurance both ways plus if you use a TPG like PCGS they charge a minimum of $69 for a subscription ( other subscription levels include grading vouchers though so you could reduce these costs.) As you can see it really is not worth grading any average coin so you are looking at about $100 to slab one coin. NGC is little less expensive

Coin looks brown or possibly red and brown. No way does it get a red designation. Agree not worth slabbing. Put it in a 2x2 or album.

Absent further input, I'll say MS-63BN.

IGE, just curious what you might be seeing to state this? I'm seeing original surfaces under the toning unless my eyes are failing me. there is a spot left of the O in ONE that caught my eye but with these photos its a tough call.

Bright but dull luster with no chart wheel or orangey red luster. Just does not look natural to me.

I'm thinking MS-63.
