Plus I found a 1958 no mint mark and a 1959 D both are a a real good condition steps are way better then this one

that step like appearance on the letters is most certainly Machine Doubling.

Did you mean DDR? Even so, this is not the doubled Monticello and Five Cents. Even well worn examples show pretty dramatic doubling of the two L's and the O plus on the Five Cents.

Here is what the legitimate 1939 DDR looks like, and I found this coin roll hunting a couple of years ago:

Notice the complete separation of various letters and doubling is also seen on the building...

not seeing a DDR here, just circulation flattening and MD - also I would not consider this a FS nickel either.

I see a common circulated 1939 Jefferson. Not FS and absolutely not DDR. It's an everyday coin worth 5 cents.
