Yes it is a MAD but not enough to be of value, still a keeper.

@thum, save the most extreme examples that you can find and spend the rest. The inscriptions have to be falling off the edge in order to add numismatic value.

Not a big deal with this 1982, but you may want to get in the habit of keeping fingers off of your nicer coins, as the oils can cause permanent damage to the surfaces.
