When I look at DDO-001 on variety vista for the 1980 P Kennedy half dollar, all the lettering looks normal to me. There is a die crack marker from the T in liberty to the rim of the coin. So my question is, would all the coins with this die crack be considered DDO coins or is it possible to have the crack without it being a DDO?

You always need to find the doubled die first and then match die markers.

Thanks. Will post pictures when I get a chance. It's too slight for me to tell with my eye sight.

Here are the pictures. I know they aren't the greatest but better than any I've posted for a shiny coin so far. This should be a DD0-001 on variety vista..

Seeker_101,
Looks like you need to filter your light source to cut down on the glare.
