Sorry forgot to put penny at the top I looked at this with hand held x60 didn't see anything so the next day I picked it up seen what looked like a mark by fg I put the microscope on it and wow didn't expect that couldn't see it at first got lucky on this one plus my determination to be an expert or atleast very well trained but anyway wow

look at pictures 6 the reverse picture of whole coin you can even see it there

Well I see this is a 1999d maybe first to discover I didn't realize the importance Of this coin wow I got more pictures its all over this coin I looked at the 1999 p I believe I got a d sending more pictures I'm taking out the holder ill post later I gotta eat and stuff but I am sending more tonight. your close ups are a bit too close to be of any help. You have the coin in hand, we don't and the above images just look like scratches because you aren't showing much else. Try zooming out a bit

I think those are from the 1920 telescope picture of Mars when they thought the lines were waterways and roads.

geno, WADR,You do not need to use a 60x Loope,nothing more than a 14x. Your close ups are way too close and distorted. What make and model scope are you using? What is your light set up? You need to find a different way of taking coin photos,the better the pics you post the better we can help you. Don't bother posting more of this quality of photos,we will not be able to really help you we would be guessing. John1

No more pictures. It takes up space on this site. There is nothing on this coin that can't be explained as circulation damage. Not everything you see on a coin is an error. If you look close and long enough you can see anything you want to see. It's called Pareidolia.

Thought your pics couldn't get any worse, but I was wrong. Are you even looking at your images before uploading them?
