. I'm not sure if I'm imagining these cloud formations or is it an RPM?

The main D looks like there's split upper and lower serifs?
It looks like there's a couple D's south west?
Inside the D looks like a couple curves?

I did overlays to see if they lined up.
Looks like they do.
But maybe someone put something in the coffee besides just straight I mean just black.
I checked the two sites. Nothing matched.
Really hope pictures are okay.
If not there's more.

Interesting. I'm not seeing any splits on the serifs, but I do see something on the inside, of the mint mark.
Errers and Varietys.

RobO411,
I am seeing what you are seeing, but I do not see it as an RPM.
Pareidolia and die abrasion I am thinking.

I see "hits", not "splits" - not an RPM. But your pics are really good.

Don't want to open up a can of worms, but I'm seeing things too. The first close up of the mm looks like a horizontal D. The bottom of the D is to the west with the upright going to the east.

Looks more like Pareidolia from the light hitting the grain structure of the coin.
