I am not sure on this coins grading. It looks as there is a cracked die mark behind the ear? To me it looks almost UNC. It is hard to get certain silver coins in a clear photo. It seems they always have a sheen or shadows.

I have coins from the same series, but I always thought it was from the metal (90% copper) not mixing well with the silver and streaking...

Not an easy series to grade but from what I can make out from the pictures I would grade this coin as AU-55.

I'd say this coin is somewhere in the EF/AU category, but it's tough to make out the details through the 2x2. If you are using the flash on your camera, you may want to shut it off and try using less potent lighting.

Thank you all for your input. I had taken many photo's and even used the scanner. That was the best one I could get. I am trying my best for better photo's. THey are better then the first one I posted here.
