US Mint Tracking Failure? - Coin Community Forum

howell1018 Pillar of the Community United States 719 Posts	Posted 02/16/2024 11:20 am I placed an order for the Harriet Tubman coins on the first day you could pre-order. Two days ago I got a text informing me they had shipped. When I go to the mint site and attempt to track the shipment it takes me to the "Order History" page. When I click on the order number it simply takes me back to the "Order History" page. I use Safari as my browser and I sometimes have trouble with that (won't load MLB.com for example) so I tried Chrome, to no avail. Anyone have an idea? Report this Post to the Staff

livingwater Pillar of the Community United States 2231 Posts	Posted 02/16/2024 12:46 pm Even though a coin shows shipped with tracking number, could be it hasn't yet been turned over to USPS. Give it another couple days then check. This is common on ebay. An item will show shipped with tracking number but sellers sometimes take a few days to give it to USPS or other shipper. I use USPS informed delivery, it's free. I go on USPS site, sign in, I can see when an item is actually in possession of USPS. Edited by livingwater 02/16/2024 12:50 pm Report this Post to the Staff

I am able to get the tracking by retaining the email notification that the coin is on it's way with the tracking number. Report this Post to the Staff
