Found this real cool lamination error and am wondering if this is the type of coin that I should get graded, by say, ANACS?
Assuming the other guys would be too expensive. Especially considering authenticity verification is all that is necessary.
Thank you for your time and any advice you may impart.

Copper plated cents cannot have a lamination issue. Looks like some kind of PMD.

cannot be a lam as stated - something on the coin such as tape protecting the coin hence it stayed bright and the rest browned out.
