Hello everyone! I found this somewhat interesting coin in a roll of wheat pennies.Ive weighed it at 3.25 grams. Thank you so much for any help!!

to the CCF, BinaryGod! My compliments on your photos - they are excellent.
It appears that there is dried glue or some other substance on your coin. Try soaking it in pure acetone for an hour to see if it comes off.
