i sort of knew I needed to show the rest of the coin but I thought I should start with this picture and if the opinion is post mint damage then I don't waste everybody's time and I should move on and keep exploring. hear are some more pictures

It looks like someone used a grinder or file to make a screwdriver... or a shank.
