I I am fairly confident the mint mark has PMD at the bottom, but could it be a dye or crack? (I don't think the wreath above the mid Mark is doubled, but thought I should throw it out there to see) Report this Post to the Staff

What you need to pay attention to, is what's going on inside the mint mark. I have marked up your pic to show you. Go to the link I have provided, take your time matching the other attributes, along with what I have marked up and you should be able to find the VAM. Unfortunately, VamWorld listings for the '84-O series lack adequate information that would help narrow these down.
