I didn't see these variations in VAMworld. Would appreciate help understanding cause and attribution.

1. Extra ornate metal strip between hair and tiara, middle section.
Can die cracks be that ornate, or is it caused by something else? Is this a known VAM?

2. Slight doubling in tiara rays on right.
Enough to be a new double tiara VAM?

Picture 1 is showing PMD (post mint damage) due to a hit from the edge of another coin. Not seeing anything that merits a new listing for tiara doubling in that photo, but you may want to run it by the folks on VAM World. There are several people over there that specialize in Peace dollars.
