Nice coin to have - these 17th century tokens are an interesting window on history.
This example would probably grade "fair" in the UK. The ship is all but obliterated and there is a lot of other damage, although the underlying design is clear at least.
This style of Bristol farthing is one of the commonest and is listed in the Withers book (Gloucestershire 12) as £8 in Fine, so probably worth less than that.
