I don't find many British coins in Rome ... Found these in a collection I bought at half melt .... Thought they were interesting.

Yes I agree--buying for less than melt seems like a good opportunity for arbitrage. Will you turn around and sell them for near melt or are you planning to stack this silver in your collection?

@spence, I see so few British coins I am going to hang onto these for a while.

Kind of like worn Barber dimes and quarters; circulated SLQs and all WLHs these appeal to me.

I tend to hang on to anything that appeals to me and these I'll keep for a while.

Nice set of silver coins, not uncommon to see them holed like this, Very worn and used, but a nice set of coin nonetheless.
