Hi Marie42 and to the CCF! This is not a proof coin. Slightly misaligned dies - especially like on the reverse of this dime - generally don't occur on proof coins.

the coin does appear to be an impaired proof with not much value. consider a straight graded PF66 coin without any issues is worth about $10 full retail

To be clear, this means grading in the PR-50 to PR-59 range. Proofs are always proofs, all the way down to the theoretical PR-01. I know E&V knows what he meant, but wanted to be clear to those who did not know.
