This George IV coin 1826 is 24mm dia. It has a goldfish hue but I suspect it's a silver shilling.

Can you help me identify it? Also would it pass as Fine? How much is it worth?

Yes an 1826 shilling. Pushed to give it a Fine grade - probably very good, maybe just "about Fine".
This is the commonest of the Georgian shilling dates and consequently does not fetch good money. I would not want to pay more than £5 at auction, but you may get £10 to £12 retail.
Still a nice coin to have when starting out collecting.
