(No threepences were produced in issues One and Two.) Appears to be genuine. Not scarce - in Fine condition worth around £25, though your example is a bit less than that. It always amazes me that hammered English coinage can still be found so inexpensively there. £25...dealers here in the US even at the major shows do not usually carry hammered coins (with one major exception) and what comes across on ebay is often very poor quality, vastly overpriced, or both. That coin would bring $50-$75 or more on ebay lately because there's a lot of buyers and not many sellers. I've been wanting to add some hammered to my collection as well, ebay is so overpriced for dealers here in the US and the shipping isn't worth it on small orders from the UK these days with the postal increases.
