I hope I uploaded images correctly. Acquired a small collection from my grandmother and found this 1967 Kennedy. Is this something you or someone you know would recommend sending out to be graded and slabbed? Would it be worth it?

Any thoughts, opinions, words of sarcasm are appreciated!

Interesting area in the hair over the ear. It's hard to tell what might be causing the lines.

It looks to me like the line on the rim is just coloration from being a 40% silver half dollar..

(ps. IMHO, Even if the coin is separating along the rim, I don't think it would qualify as a "clamshell" because it hasn't split completely apart)

There is a crack from where split starts at the E, and continues down in hair line and spiders above the ear.

Looks like some type of Lamination. Not sure if it would qualify as a Clamshell Lamination or not.

sure looks like a partial clamshell
Partial, very nice find. Don't think it would be monetarily worth slabbing. Maybe sentimental from your Grandmother.
