It certainly has the appearance of notching. I don't know that it would be too minor to list. The Wexler catalog and VV both have some subtle stuff listed for recent decades.

If we can have the DDR listings for 1981-P and 1991-P, I would say this one has at least a shot. uruman, the cost to get it examined by Brian Ribar for the Wexler nickel catalog is only $5 plus return postage. Thanks Brandmeister , I will send it to Brian Ribar to see what he sais , but you're right with the 1981-P and 1991-P it should have a chance to at list came back as a minor

Brand , I agree with you not the desired outcome , I haven't been lucky with Wexler's or James Wiles .
