I would say broken punch. However, Wexler's RPM's for this coin sure look similar
in some ways..

I don't know. It just looks different from the ones I've run across that is obviously a damaged punch.
I know you can have an RPM and MD together but.
At the bottom it has those two little ditties peeking out. Maybe nothing.
