Hello I posted this note on the Star note page, I also wanted to share it again as a new Topic. I have not seen other Star Notes with this low of a Run Size, so I wanted to share it. Has anyone else found a star not with a run size lower than this?

Nice circulation find. Run #3 of the series 2009 $1 New York district had 32K. And series 2013 $10 Richmond district had 64K printed. A print run of 9.6K of the series 2004A $10 Atlanta district was printed but not for circulation.

Nice find, but writing on it took away all premium...LOL
Just to be clear, 100 and under is a low SN.
Condition is everything on notes.

What's up with all the scribbling on both sides? If the note had any numismatic premium the writing took it all away.

Alright of course the writing is on the sleeve. People also ask What is a low serial number on money?
Low serial numbers, In what is called "fancy serial numbers" by many auction websites and currency estimators, serials with five or more zeros are considered more valuable. The more zeros the better, according to My Currency Collection. I believe any serial under 1000 is considered low. Yet the motto is the lower the better.

Serial number 00000001 - 00000009, most valuable
Serial number 00000010 - 00000099, always carry a premium
Serial number 00000100 - 00000999, could carry a premium
Serial number 00001000 and higher will rarely be worth more than face value

If they did the SN the same way back then as now that would be note one thousand, so no I do not consider it low.One hundred or less is low in my mind.https://oldcurrencyvalues.com/serial_numbers/
