Should weigh 3.11 grams +/- .10 grams mint tolerance if copper. If copper plated zinc core it should be 2.5 grams +/- .10 grams mint tolerance.

This large date doesn't have the value like the small date?

If you are referring to the copper version, then no... nowhere near.
This coin is normal. The SD copper was not meant to be produced.
