At what point do you start looking at currency and actually having a graded for his condition to be something tucked away for the future

Personally, I set a minimum of value above face at $100.

Not every note needs to be encapsulated. I'm not seeing anything about your note giving it any value above face. It's not that particularly old. It's not Fancy nor is it a replacement note. It doesn't even look uncirculated.

Please tell us why you think it might be a candidate for grading.
