Any ideas about this coin? It looks like anonymous follis A2, but the reverse text is without any sense. Is it some kind of imitation?

Diameter: ~26,4-30,1 mm
Weight: 9,37 g

Byzantine-Anonymous-Follis-A2-Imitation?

I do not know for sure. In my opinion is it a crude imitation, some call them barbarous.
