I Need Help Iding This Coin From The Middle East(?)

I pulled this out of a dealer's junk box today. I'm really not at all certain of the country of origin. On the bottom of the reverse there are the words "One Millieme." The fact that this was in English led me to believe at the time of purchase that it was perhaps a country that was occupied by England during the early part of the 20th century.

Any help IDing this coin would be appreciated!

wd1040- ah I see. Thanks for the info. I had a feeling that it was from somewhere close to Egypt.
