It looks like a Lamination to me, "delamination error".

Hey guys wouldn't the red circle be a Cud and the blue circle a LAM issue?
On the obverse I agree it's a LAM. Any thoughts Coinnoisseurs?

What does the edge look like where both ends terminate? How about an image?
