Hi everyone, I am new to this hobby and came across this bill. Does this consider mis-alignment or have any value greater than its face?

It does look a little off,but part of the print needs to be missing for any premium.

I agree with Mr.Frog and John. Most collectors use the term poorly centered to describe a note similar to yours.
