Just tried Chrome today. I like it!

And this was my first thought also.

I use Opera and am really happy with that, but may look into Chrome too.

The first time I used Chrome, it crashed. Then, the second time I used it, it ate 500mb of my memory within 10 minutes (more than IE!) and so now I use FF.

Me too...simply because it does not pollute my PC with spyware.
Oh, and all those extensions are nice.

Still no problems with Chrome so far. It's quick and seems robust. I also haven't seen the problem David had with it gobbling up memory?

Chrome, more properly known as chromium, is a transition metal, element number 24 on the periodic table. It's quite useless in it's pure form, but when plated or alloyed with other metals, it can produce metals with greatly improved properties. Most notably, it is a component of most kinds of stainless steels, and a thin layer can be plated onto metal parts to give them a highly reflective metallic finish.

It is categorized as a heavy metal. Many chromium compounds are highly toxic, and their release into the environment is strictly controlled.

Oh, wait... are we talking about some other definition of "chrome"?

Sorry. The one-word subject line must have confused me.

Apparently, I'm one of those FF bigots, too.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis
