Nice VF25 but the reverse scratch will details it.

VF-30 seems right compared to PCGS photograde. Obverse might be a 35 but the wear on the reverse on the left wing and right leg are closer to VF-30

That's a pretty healthy scratch on the reverse going all the way down through the lower part of the shield. I'd wait for something better to come along for this high mintage year.

i'd call this one VF30 not sure about details

just a question on that rev scratch. this one is a little strange and maybe the eyes are not what they used to be. it does look to be a scratch but it does not appear to be crossing over the C but does appear to be inside the C. how can that happen?

Our eyes have difficulty determining foreground vs. background in some photos. This is why, e.g., when viewed from above, a photo of a black square superimposed on top of a photo of a larger white square can be perceived at least three ways: the black square is above the white square, the black square is even with the white square, or the black square is below the white square. Our brains rely on other visual context to help us determine what we're seeing. In the absence of any other context, it's guesswork, and you might get three different answers from three different people.

Strike-throughs (e.g. a piece of wire) are always incuse on the surface of the coin. Most PMD will also be incuse on the surface of the coin, such as a 2x2 staple scratch or a reeding hit from the edge of another coin.

It's likely just an effect of shadows and lighting.
