Hi ya all! Its me again! (Anybody remember Ray Stevens hear the song Margrett its me again! Great song... Anyways I bought a roll of pennies that came in today and noticed this one about half way through. Too me it looks like a floating roof and on the front the rim (edge) looks off centered. I also think I see DD but I always get that one wrong.. Maybe they call it spreading what I see. Anyways I tried to get different angles of the rooftop show its not connected. Is that floating roof a common occurrence? I heard of it once in a video on YouTube. Thanks

First,way too many photos.
It is not a floating roof and even if it was that is a made up thing on ebay to sell face value coins for a premium.
The obverse is a very minor MAD.
What attribution number do you think it might be on the doubled die.
Do you think it is a large or small date?

Agree with the floating roof being a sales gimmick.

Not a Floating Roof, but you have a very minor Misaligned Die strike.

"Floating Roofs" were common to find on 1969 & 1970 Lincoln cents from overpolishing the dies to prolong their life.
