Please post full images of both obverse and reverse whenever you ask about a coin.

I don't think it's a DDO because I don't see doubling on the 1. I think what you're seeing is deterioration doubling.

When you think you have a doubled die you need to check all three reference sites, we all need to do and post the attribution number you think it might be. I see DDD not a doubled die.
