I recently acquired this medal and could use some help identifying it. I'm not finding it with Google search. Any info would be greatly appreciated

The legends tell you everything you need except value.
If you google the legends you'll find a few of them, maybe even some for sale.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Beware that corrosion. Unpatinated copper is nor resistant. keep it very dry.
