If they are incused, they are post-mint damage and are just some kind of punchmark.

As above, depending on whether the marks are raised or incuse, could be a nail punch or spatter. Either way, PMD.

They are raised tiny balls of a different material half sank in the coins surface. Thanks for the input, I agree that it is most likely PMD but hard to imagine as it is so tiny. Thanks everyone.
