Hello...

Today one man has brought them to me, take a look.

Is there that much demand for Thai coins to be making fakes of them?

The issues for the early 20th century are fairly valueable, so if a forger can make these for a few dollars and turn around and sell them as real for a few hundred dollars.

Are they coins or token? I'm at work and don't have my reference books with me.

I know the right one is a coin because it says "baht," and it's listed in Krause.

As for the left one, I don't see any denomination...

Yep, you're right, the right one is one baht and it costs 2,500 dollars in VF condition. (Y#39) The price of fake baht was about 5 dollars :)

As for left one, it's modern fantasy coin. It's a bit resembling to 1/2 baht (50 satang).
