MS-64FB would be my guess.

all of these coins look like they came from the same source and stored the same way prior to grading.

MS64 for me I like to see all 3 bands separated and the lower band is not. PCGS is more lenient and only calls for the center band however they are really all over the place in assigning this designation. it looks FB
