DOCC Pillar of the Community United States 1502 Posts	Posted 04/06/2024 12:03 am I hoping some of our Canadian colleagues can chime in with some grading thoughts. A metal detecting find that just got out of it's 4-day Acetone bath - my oldest Canadian silver find to date. Fairly significant LAM on the obverse. Don't really want to take my restoration any further without knowing what I might have in hand. I swing a metal detector and have a knack for finding dirty old coins. I'll give the reverse a VC round with a qtip roll. try and lift some more crud. does the obv LAM drop it down in your opinion? I swing a metal detector and have a knack for finding dirty old coins.
