While searching an uncirculated roll of 1990 LMC I came across this coin. After checking Error-Ref if seems to me it's a slight rim Cud. Any help would be appreciated.

Might be a Rim Cud, or a Folded over Rim Fin.

I was wondering about a Rim Fin because there seems to be a bit of separation just below the "L" of Liberty. Unfortunately, my knowledge of folded rim fins is almost non-existent.

Well, the inside part of the rim looks intact - I'm not thinking it is a rim Cud. that raised part is a bit too ragged - as stated by EV possible fold-over fin.

Agree, likely a folder-over fin.
