I Have A Radar Note That Is Pretty Interesting. Any Idea What The Value Of It Would Be?

Nice radar note but it has 2 drawbacks: first, it is a high denomination ($100) & fewer special serial # collectors seek these then the lower valued notes (eg $1-$20). Second: the condition appears to be less than UNC (I cannot tell for certain but there appears to be scratches on the see-through window). All serial numbers are "unique" right?
