It looks like S-691b with the Henwood & Lamb signature (the first signature for 1937).

Looks VF to me but tough to tell from just the images (check for pinholes by placing it up on a pane of glass or in front of a light). Many of these notes have pinholes & there is a suspicious white spot in the centre).

C&C lists a problem-free VF note at $176.00
