Hey guys any clue where this coin is from? Maybe Roman or Greek?

It's a Byzantine aspron trachy, likely 12th century.

Not sure which emperor that would be, I'm sure someone better versed in Byzantine coins can tell.

Yes, this cup-shaped coin is late 12th Century Byzantine. Usually we see those of Manuel I Komnenos, although the image of the reverse is him being crowned by the Virgin Mary. Since the two figures are both dressed in military garb, I'm leaning more toward this being Alexios III. I'm definitely not sure though, and look forward to seeing what others think.
