I am a world-coin and NJ coppers guy, but started to dabble with nicer US coins. This is first of a few that I just bought online and will post here for grading opinions. The surface of this coin is much brighter and reflective in person, but wanted to show the surface imperfections, so toned down the spot light sources on the electro-microscope.

I can certainly see MS-65 on this. Just a knockout.

The reverse is great but there are just too many facial marks for me to get above MS-64.

This was a 63-64 in the "old days" but nowadays I don't see this in less than a 65 holder.

I'll say MS-64.

Thank you all. I also think the obverse is a 65 if not for the vertical mark on the left (with eye appeal added to the technicals may be 66). And the reverse maybe even 66 with eye appeal added. Will post a photo with the eye appeal as if in-person looking at it (without artificial ambient/spot lights).

hard to tell if the luster is broke on the jaw area barring that the only thing I see is the dig on the chin and some minor marks on the cheek. good shot at MS65

I previously posted three Morgans for grading, and this is one of them. http://goccf.com/t/462984http://goccf.com/t/462982http://goccf.com/t/462979As promised, photos of the coin(s) showing the luster (or lack of) in daylight as if viewing them in-person (eye-appeal?). I tried my best, but I am not a photo-pro. I used only daylight/sun by the window. It does seem to hide some of the imperfections.

It looks like a solid 64, shot 65.
