1982 P Washington Quarter

I need help identifying if these are errors on my 1982 P Quarter.

I got this coin in change today and was excited to see that it is in great condition. When I was examining it I noticed that there is an extra vine/branch under the branch on the reverse side. It extends across to the other side of the branch and its raised like a thin bump. At first I thought it belonged there until I started comparing the coin to another 1982 p quarter. Hopefully, this is a true fine! Which would make this a perfect birthday for me!

As well, is this DDO & DDR error. The R under the branch has another R under it that is raised. which is the same for the few others in the pics.

I am a newbie; would it be worth getting it graded? what does that process?
