Good evening coin community!!

Making my way through these 1960 Lincoln Pennie's. Almost at the bottom of the stack.
Is this is BIE cent and noticed some potential clashing on the obverse on Lincoln's head and some other places on the obverse..but may not be either! Wouldn't know for sure without you experts! Thanks as always for being the best!!

This is a large date, correct? Seeing a lot of small date varieties for that BIE on Cuds on coins so I wanted to make sure this is not a small date.

Wow. The terminology is a lot more than BIE. 60D-

This is the only one I found that was close
LDB4-1960D(LD)-019 4EH
Thoughts?
This is the only die marker that I could see potentially being there. Potentially because I cannot confirm because worn die.
Is it possible this may be the same but at a different die stage thus giving it a different delimitation letter or .The Die Break position letter.? Wow though what a genius who came up with that
Hardy index system!

Nice BIE, that's a FL+
https://cuds-on-coins.com/hardy-index-system/
"FL+" indicates full breaks that extend below the lowest level of the letters.
