Seems to have doubling going on in one of the columns, and the ceiling of the memorials, the E's of "ONE" and "CENT" as well as the bottom of the G in the designers initials. Also appears to be split plating so I'm not sure if this is just MD, or DDD with split plating. Pictures might be rough will try and get better quality. CA in America also looks like it matches the DDR001 on wexler listing.

Looks like plating issues, but please start with full pics of both sides of the coin.

Did you check all three reference sites for a match?

that is one crusty cent. You can start with a long soaking in Acetone for a day to get that stuff off it.

Perhaps an acetone bath may help.
