Looking for the expertise of a better trained eye than mine to offer an opinion on my 1944-D. Looking at the NW corner of the D mint mark it seems extended, also through the hole of the center it appears bisected at an angle where I feel it's a possibility of an S mint mark remnant. Also I'm the SW corner of the D there is a mark at a 45° angle from top left to bottom right (well like 135° from N). I wonder if that mark is post mint damage or part of the (possible) minting error.

Thanks all for taking a look and giving feedback.

I can't really tell from the pics. They're a little grainy. One of the top dogs should be in soon though, maybe they'll be able to call it for you.

The only one close that I could see is 1om-002 but I do not think it is. Try to look up markers.

To CCF! I'm not seeing it. I don't think you have it. Just seeing circulation flattening.

to the CCF I see the mm on yours is smashed a little on the top, but I think it's to high. The mm placement doesn't fit. The line inside the D on 002 is more diagonal. Yours is straight horizontal.

BtcMacgyver,

Not seeing it. You will need to improve your photos. The better the pics you post the better we can help you.
Less glare, remove coins from holders before taking pics.
