So,

while adding some additions to a few Dansco last night, I was thinking it's overdue to get an 8100 (1909-2009) album and decided to go through some of my flip albums and came across this one which I remember but don't remember why I had forgotten, that I found over 20 years ago now and was obviously as excited then given my writing that I am now getting it under the scope and looking at it after all these years.

Thoughts? Wish it was in mint state, but it's also in better condition then it looks when I get it under the scope, most of the loss of details is a blurring with everything that is going on, and at times made my eyes cross trying to focus when it was actually the image doubled. Were any other 1929 Philadelphia found in other states of the die failure? I can not imagine functionally there are or many of so, in later states when the die was obvious broke all the way across and even n going in a couple direction and blowing off pieces where Lincoln too shrapnel and there are die chips all over it.

Would enjoy hearing thoughts!

Brandon

With the composite image posted, I cannot determine what may be happening. Simple, stand-alone, full, large and sharp pics of the obverse and reverse work well.

Sorry, should have used the "preview post" before posting, I thought I had attached several pictures and it went with that one. It's really hard to get a really "clear" picture and then then finally get them was close to what I see, then reduce the quality down to 300k from 1.2mb. Hope those help and thank you!

to the CCF and Just a well-worn circulated damaged coin. No doubling, no die chips, no late die state, no broken die.
