1882 H C1a Canadian Cent again from my collection for grading I would hazzard a guess that its a EF grade.... thanks

Nice coin, clinne, but I'm not sure it will make EF, too many rim dings, I think.

Since your pics are dark, it might be unfair to grade from them.
Based on what I see, I'm leaning towards VF30.
Also, you might check the mint mark, because there's a nice variety this year:

1882-H-Canadian-Cent
(I think I'd give this one a VF20)

Even though the coin is dark I still see a lot of detail, enough so that I'm going to say EF-40.
